We present the perfect lunch for your children, it is a delicious pasta with tuna, peas covered with a lemon and Parmesan vinaigrette. A practical recipe that will become the favorite lunch.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 cups pasta
  • 1/4 cups canned tuna
  • 1/3 cups pea, cooked
  • 1/2 lemons, its juice
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons dill, dehydrated
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 orange
  • 1/4 cups jicama

Preparation

Boil 1 cup of water with a little salt and olive oil.
Place the dry pasta in the water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Place the chicharros with the pasta and let boil 5 minutes more.
Remove the pasta and the chicharros from the fire and let them drain in a sieve.
Mix olive oil, lemon and vinegar separately. Then add this mixture on the pasta.
Add the tuna and parmesan cheese to the pasta.
It serves separately the orange cut into segments and the jicama cut into cubes.
