500 grams linguine pasta
2 cloves garlic, crushed

300 grams shrimp, large
1/4 cups lime juice
1 tablespoon salt

1/4 cups fresh parsley, chopped

In a deep bowl, mix the olive oil and lemon zest and set aside.
Take a small pan and with a tablespoon of olive oil, brown the chopped garlic until very golden, remove from the pan and set aside.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the linguini and cook until al dente.
Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat the olive oil with lemon over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Cook the shrimp in the oil for 2 minutes or until they are pink.
Add the linguini, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the pan, serve on a large platter. Arrange the shrimp to make them look nice.
