Mediterranean Fusilli

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted margarine

  • To poach the tomatoes, boil water in a medium pot, lightly cut a cross on the tip, on the side opposite the stem. Place the tomatoes in the water for 1-2 minutes to remove the skin while keeping the tomato raw. Use the cut part to peel off the skin and proceed to chop without seeds.
  • In a skillet, melt the Primavera® Unsalted Margarine over medium heat, add the onion and garlic, sautéing for 2 minutes.
  • Add the olives, pepper, and basil, letting it boil for 2 more minutes.
  • Coat the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle the feta cheese. Serve.
