Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

We have a recipe for noodles in mushroom sauce that you won't believe how delicious it turns out; it's simple and, above all, very appetizing. Prepare it as a main dish or as a side for meat or fish.

  • 1 bag Noodle, 200 g
  • 1 1/2 cups button mushrooms
  • 450 grams sour cream, reduced fat
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 6 tablespoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1 liter water

  • Cook the noodles in a pot with water and a little oil for 8 minutes or until al dente.
  • Blend the mushrooms with Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth and cream.
  • Once the noodles are cooked, drain and set aside (covered so they don't dry out).
  • In a pan, add a tablespoon of Primavera® Unsalted Margarine and sauté our vegetables, then add the fusilli and the granulated Chicken Broth.
  • Add the mushroom sauce, mix, and serve.
