  • Put butter in the pan over medium heat and add the onion to sauté it.
  • Add the milk and spinach, cook it for just 1 minute, and transfer everything to the blender.
  • Add chipotle, salt, and garlic to the blender.
  • Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes.
  • Add the blender mixture to the pasta and serve by putting a little cheese on top to let the heat melt it.
