200 grams spinach
2 tablespoons onion
1/2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chipotle chile
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cups low-fat sour cream
100 grams queso fresco, grated
2 grams salt

Put butter in the pan over medium heat and add the onion to sauté it.
Add the milk and spinach, cook it for just 1 minute, and transfer everything to the blender.
Add chipotle, salt, and garlic to the blender.
Cook the noodles for about 7 minutes.
Add the blender mixture to the pasta and serve by putting a little cheese on top to let the heat melt it.
