Ingredients

5 portions
  • 500 grams Noodle
  • 200 grams baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chili
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cups low fat sour cream
  • 100 grams fresh cheese, grated
  • 2 grams salt

Preparation

Put the butter in the pan over medium heat and add the onion to that cold.
Add the milk and spinach, cook it only for 1 minute and put everything in the blender.
Add salt and garlic in the chipotle blender.
Cook the noodles for 7 minutes.
Add the blender mixture to the pasta and serve by putting some cheese on top so that the heat gratifies it.

TIPS

You can add more chipotle if you like spicy and use the cheese to gratinate of your preference.
