Parmesan Spaghetti with Shrimp

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 250 milliliters sour cream
  • 75 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 kilos shrimp, raw, cleaned
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 serrano chile, or chopped tree (optional)
  • parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Boil the spaghetti until al dente (approximately 15 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  • Place the butter in a skillet until melted, add the shrimp, cream, chopped chili, half of the Parmesan cheese, and milk. Stir and let cook for 5 minutes.
  • Incorporate the spaghetti into the skillet and leave on the heat for 1 minute.
