Ingredients

2 portions
  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • 250 milliliters cream
  • 75 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 kilos shrimp, raw, clean
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 green pepper, or chopped tree (optional)
  • parsley, chopped (to garnish)

Preparation

Boil the spaghetti until al dente (approximately 15 minutes). Drain and reserve.
Place the butter in a pan until melted, add the shrimp, cream, minced chili, half of the Parmesan cheese and milk. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and leave on the heat for 1 minute.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving and Parmesan cheese.

You can use the type of pasta you prefer.
