Parsley Pasta

Try this creamy pasta with parsley sauce, which is full of flavor thanks to the combination of walnuts, parsley, roasted garlic, parmesan, and olive oil. It will be the perfect dish to enjoy with family!

  • water, for cooking the pasta

  • 1 package fettuccine La Moderna®
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 3 cups parsley
  • 1/2 cups basil
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • salt
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • parsley, for garnish
  • walnuts, toasted and chopped, for garnish

  • Heat enough water in a pot over high heat. When it comes to a boil, add enough salt, let it boil, and add the Fettuccine La Moderna®. Cook for 8 minutes and drain. Set aside.
  • Toast the walnuts in a skillet for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Use a food processor to grind the walnuts, parsley, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper, and salt while gradually adding the olive oil. Set aside.
  • Place the pasta in a bowl, drizzle with the sauce, and mix gently.
  • Serve the parsley pasta in a bowl and garnish with parsley leaves and walnuts.
