Ingredients: water, for cooking the pasta; salt; 1 package fettuccine La Moderna®; 1/2 cups walnuts; 3 cups parsley; 1/2 cups basil; 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated; 1 clove garlic, roasted; 1 teaspoon pepper; salt; 1 cup olive oil; parsley, for garnish; walnuts, toasted and chopped, for garnish

Heat enough water in a pot over high heat. When it comes to a boil, add enough salt, let it boil, and add the Fettuccine La Moderna®. Cook for 8 minutes and drain. Set aside. Toast the walnuts in a skillet for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
