500 grams pasta , of your choice
16 shrimp
1 zucchini , diced
1 carrot , grated
Parmesan cheese powder
parsley , for garnish
salt
pepper
olive oil
2 lime, cut in half
2 cups pesto, (in sauce)

Cook the pasta with water and a splash of olive oil for 15 minutes.
In a hot skillet with oil, add the shrimp until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil the vegetables, and cut the zucchini into small cubes, grate the carrot.
Mix the pesto sauce with the pasta, add the vegetables and the shrimp.
Sprinkle powdered parmesan cheese.
Serve with a few parsley leaves and four shrimp on each plate. Accompany with 1/2 lime.
