Delicious, fresh and Mediterranean pasta in pesto sauce with vegetables and shrimp, prepare this delicious pasta and surprise all your guests.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams pasta, of your preference
  • 16 shrimps
  • 1 pumpkin, diced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • parsley, to decorate
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oils
  • 2 yellow lemons, cut in half
  • 2 cups pesto, (in sauce)

Preparation

Cook the pasta with water and a drizzle of olive oil for 15 minutes.
In a hot pan with oil, put the shrimp until they are sewed. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil the vegetables, and cut into small squares the pumpkin, grate the carrot.
Mix the pesto sauce with the pasta, add the vegetables and the shrimp.
Sprinkle the parmesan powder.
Serve with a few leaves of parsley and each dish with 4 shrimp. Accompany with 1/2 lime.
