400 grams penne rigate pasta
2 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
100 grams pecorino romano cheese
1 dried chile, peperoncino
1 can tomatillo, crushed
3 tablespoons parsley

Put salted water in a large pot to boil. When it's ready, add the pasta. While it cooks, we prepare the sauce.
In a large pan over medium heat, add the oil, garlic, and peperoncino, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato and cook for 5 minutes, then add salt.
When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce, stirring for about 2 minutes until well combined.
Transfer the pasta to a serving dish, sprinkle with cheese, and then with parsley. Serve immediately.
