Pasta Pluma with Meat

This pasta with meat is ideal for an afternoon with friends or when you need to cook something quick and delicious. The combination of Pluma La Moderna® pasta and the meat sauce will delight everyone. The best part is that it is very simple to prepare, as everything is made in one pot.

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • salt
  • 2 envelopes La Moderna® Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 package La Moderna® penne rigate
  • 1/4 cups basil, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • basil, for garnish

  • Heat the olive oil in a pot and cook the onion, garlic, and meat for 3 minutes; season with salt.
  • Add the pasta sauce, Pluma La Moderna®, basil, and water, bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat. Stir to prevent sticking and check that there is enough water.
  • Serve in a baking dish and garnish with basil.
