Express Bolognese Sauce

For when you don't have time but want to prepare something very special, make this delicious express bolognese sauce and serve it with your favorite pasta!

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fines herbs
  • 1 can tomato purée, (400 grams)
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 150 grams Gruyère cheese, grated
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Heat salted water in a saucepan.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion. Add the meat and mash it with a wooden spoon during cooking. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle the fine herbs.
  • Add the tomato puree, mix, and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Put the spaghetti in the saucepan with boiling water, cook for the time indicated on the package, and drain.
  • Put some spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
