90 grams cream cheese
1/2 cups chicken broth
3 Poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, and seeded
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
salt , and pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente.
Blend the chicken broth, cream cheese, mayonnaise, the 2 chiles, salt, and pepper.
Pour the pasta onto a plate and top with the sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and serve.
