Pasta with Creamy Garlic Shrimp

This recipe came from a hungry day when I had pasta and shrimp. I love garlic shrimp, but there weren’t enough to eat alone, so I decided to stretch them by making a creamy pasta and later combining it with garlic shrimp, resulting in a great dish and, above all, very delicious.
Ingredients
4
Servings
  • 200 grams spaghetti, La Moderna
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 guajillo chile, cut into strips
  • 1/2 limes, its juice
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 160 grams shrimp, cleaned
  • 150 milliliters sour cream
  • 50 milliliters cow's milk
Preparation

10 mins
Medium
  • We will cook the pasta with enough water and salt until al dente while we make the garlic sauce.
  • For our garlic sauce, we put butter and oil in a pan, let it heat well, add the garlic, and as soon as it starts to sizzle, we add the guajillo chili and brown it. This is very quick, and as soon as the garlic and chili are browned, we add the lemon, a bit of salt, pepper, and remove it from the pan.
  • We will brown the shrimp in the same pan, and as soon as they start to brown, we add the cream and milk, waiting for them to come to a simmer.
  • Now we add our reserved garlic sauce and our pasta, mixing very well, seasoning, and as soon as it comes to a boil, it will be ready.
