1 can canned peaches
1 dried árbol chile, seedless and soaked in hot water
1 package fusilli pasta, cooked and drained
1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cups sour cream, to taste
salt, and pepper to taste

For the sauce, blend half of the peaches with the chili, cream, and sesame seeds. Add water and oil to make the mixture more liquid.
Heat the sauce over low heat for 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Coat the pasta with the sauce and add the sesame seeds and the rest of the canned peaches.
