500 grams ground meat, beef
5 sprigs celery, finely chopped
3 carrots, chopped
1/2 red onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
100 milliliters olive oil
1 gram salt
1 gram pepper
200 grams tomato purée
10 leaves bay
1/2 cups water

Fry the garlic and finely chopped onion in oil. Sauté the vegetables.
Add the meat and bay leaf, and let the meat brown.
Add the tomato puree, cover, and let it simmer on low heat. But stir constantly so it doesn't stick.
Add the water and let it evaporate. Adjust seasoning and serve with pasta.
