Ragù

Ragù is a typical sauce for pasta, this recipe simplifies the preparation and will taste so delicious that you won't want to stop eating it.

  • 500 grams ground meat, beef
  • 5 sprigs celery, finely chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 100 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 gram salt
  • 1 gram pepper
  • 200 grams tomato purée
  • 10 leaves bay
  • 1/2 cups water

  • Fry the garlic and finely chopped onion in oil. Sauté the vegetables.
  • Add the meat and bay leaf, and let the meat brown.
  • Add the tomato puree, cover, and let it simmer on low heat. But stir constantly so it doesn't stick.
  • Add the water and let it evaporate. Adjust seasoning and serve with pasta.
