Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli, Alfredo Style

  • Boil water in a small pot and add salt, cook the broccoli for 3 minutes. Remove and place it in ice water. Drain and set aside.
  • On the other hand, in a pot of boiling water, cook La Moderna® Pasta according to the package instructions with a bit of salt. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet, heat the oil with the butter, add the chicken strips, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
  • Add the garlic and cook for a few minutes, then add the broccoli, pasta, heavy cream, milk, cheese, and oregano. Cook until all ingredients are combined. Season.
  • Serve the pasta immediately and garnish with fresh oregano and slices of parmesan.
