Pasta with Chicken and Spinach

If you're short on time and want to prepare a very complete and quick meal, this pasta with chicken and spinach recipe is perfect, as everything cooks in the same pot and is delicious thanks to the rich Tornillo La Moderna® and the creaminess of the sauce, they are the perfect combination.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chicken breast, boneless, skinless, and in medium cubes

  • 1 cup button mushrooms, in slices
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups sour cream, low in fat
  • 1 package La Moderna® screw, 200 g
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish
  • parsley, for garnish

  • Heat the butter in a pot, fry the garlic and chicken for 2 minutes over high heat, until slightly golden. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the mushrooms, spinach, and flour to the same pot, mix. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, bring to a boil and add the Tornillo La Moderna®. Cook over medium heat for 7 minutes.
  • Serve in a bowl, garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
