Pasta with Cream and Dill

  • 12 ounces fish, (smoked haddock)
  • 1.7 ounces cow's milk, skimmed
  • 10.6 ounces pasta
  • 10.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Place the fish in a deep dish and add the milk, covering it with plastic wrap.
  • Microwave for 5 minutes until the fish flakes when pushed with your index finger.
  • Flake the fish and reserve the liquid.
  • At the same time, cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente and drain.
  • Add the reserved liquid and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt to the pasta and stir until evenly coated.
  • Add the fish and dill.
  • Taste and season.
