12 ounces fish, (smoked haddock)
1.7 ounces cow's milk, skimmed
10.6 ounces pasta
10.6 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
salt, and pepper to taste

Place the fish in a deep dish and add the milk, covering it with plastic wrap.
Microwave for 5 minutes until the fish flakes when pushed with your index finger.
Flake the fish and reserve the liquid.
At the same time, cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente and drain.
Add the reserved liquid and FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt to the pasta and stir until evenly coated.
Add the fish and dill.
Taste and season.
