Preparation
Place the fish in a deep dish and add the milk and cover with plastic wrap.
Put in the microwave for 5 minutes until the fish crumbles when you push with your index finger.
Crumble the fish and reserve the liquid.
At the same time, cook the pasta in boiling water until it is al dente and drain.
Add the reserved liquid and the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% to the paste and stir until it is uniformly coated.
Add the fish and the dill.
Taste and season.
