In a pot with water and a pinch of salt, we add the spaghetti and let it cook until al dente.
We cut the ham into small cubes.
In a skillet over medium heat, we add a bit of butter and the ham; when the ham is slightly golden, we add the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste, then add a bit of finely chopped parsley.
We drain the pasta and add it to the mixture. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
