Pasta with Cream and Ham Italian Style

Delicious cream and ham pasta perfect for any time of the day.

  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups deli ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 grams Parmesan cheese

  • In a pot with water and a pinch of salt, we add the spaghetti and let it cook until al dente.
  • We cut the ham into small cubes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, we add a bit of butter and the ham; when the ham is slightly golden, we add the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste, then add a bit of finely chopped parsley.
  • We drain the pasta and add it to the mixture. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
