4 yellow bell peppers, roasted and seedless cut into medium pieces, for the sauce
1 cup cream cheese, in cubes, for the sauce
1/4 cups table cream, for the sauce
salt, for the sauce
pepper, for the sauce
2 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
Parmesan cheese, for garnish
parsley, only the leaves, for garnish

Heat water in a pot over medium-high heat. When it comes to a boil, season with salt and add the Rigatoni D'Luigi® and cook according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta and set aside.
For the sauce: Blend evaporated milk, onion, garlic, bell peppers, cream cheese, half and half, salt, and pepper for 3 minutes.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat and pour in the bell pepper sauce. Cook for 5 minutes and add the pasta. Mix well and remove from heat.
Serve the pasta with creamy bell pepper sauce in a deep plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
