Pasta with Ham

  • 500 grams spaghetti

  • Bring 10 cups of water to a boil in a large pot with 2 tablespoons of sea salt.

  • Drain the pasta and combine with the Pecorino cheese in a deep bowl, mixing carefully to avoid breaking it.
  • Add the oil with pepper, ham, basil, and parsley (save some for garnish). And mix.
