Pasta with Mushrooms and Parsley

Delicious pasta to eat alone or to accompany a nice grilled meat or fish.

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 200 grams bowtie pasta, large
  • 5 tablespoons parsley
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 can button mushrooms, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 cube chicken soup, knorr
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 2 1/2 liters water

  • Put a pot on the stove with two and a half liters of water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, the teaspoon of grain salt, and the seasoning cube. Let it boil.
  • Add the pasta and let it cook for the time indicated on the package.
  • Drain the pasta and set aside in a baking dish.
  • We disinfect and chop the parsley. We add it to the pasta.
  • Drain the can of mushrooms and pour it into the pasta along with the remaining olive oil, margarine, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a large fork, avoiding breaking the pasta.
