Delicious pasta to eat alone or accompany a rich roast meat or fish.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 200 grams bow tie pasta, big
  • 5 tablespoons parsley
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 can mushroom, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cube chicken soup, knorr
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 1/2 liters Water

Preparation

We put a pot on the stove with two and a half liters of water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, the coffee maker scoop of grain salt and the seasoning bucket. We let boil.
Add the pasta and cook the time indicated on the package.
Strain the pasta and reserve in a refractory.
We disinfect and chop the parsley. We add it to the pasta.
Drain the can of mushrooms, and pour the pasta with the remaining olive oil, margarine and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a large fork avoiding to break the pasta.

PRESENTATION

You can eat cold or hot.
