Pasta with Russian Salad and Turkey Breast

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 package Virginia Zwan® turkey breast
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, reduced-fat
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup carrot, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup potato, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup peas, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • pending, baked, for serving

  • In a small pot with enough hot water, cook the bow-tie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool. Set aside until needed.
  • On a cutting board, dice the Virginia Zwan® Turkey Breast into medium cubes. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the reduced-fat mayonnaise with the half-and-half and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta, carrot, potato, peas, parsley, and Virginia Zwan® Turkey Breast until all ingredients are well combined. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve with baked toasts.
