Pasta with Spinach and Tomato

1 package penne pasta
2 cups cherry tomato
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tablespoons italian seasoning, or oregano

Bring a large pot of water and salt to a boil. When it is boiling, cook the pasta according to its instructions, making sure it is al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook until well cooked and reduced in size.
Add the quartered cherry tomatoes and spices, and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the pasta to the sauce, mix well, and incorporate the Parmesan cheese. Pour into a deep serving dish.
