Preparation
Boil a large pot with water and salt. When it is boiling cook the pasta according to the instructions of the same making sure it is al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and brown for 3 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook until well cooked and reduced in size.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and the spices and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the pasta to the sauce, mix well and add the Parmesan cheese. Pour into a deep bowl to serve.
