Pasta with Spinach Sauce

Easy and quick pasta recipe for two people with spinach and a touch of goat cheese.

  • 56 grams penne pasta, uncooked
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, powder
  • 28 grams goat cheese, with pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 56 grams fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, low-fat

  • Read the full recipe. Gather all the ingredients and utensils and have them on hand.
  • Bring about 3 cups of salted water to a boil in a small pot.
  • While the water is boiling, wash the spinach and divide it into two equal parts.
  • When the water is boiling, add the pasta to the pot, leave on low heat for 7 to 10 minutes until al dente (soft but firm).
  • While the pasta is cooking, preheat the oven to 75°C to warm it up.
  • Put in the blender: garlic powder, pepper goat cheese, salt, half of the spinach, and milk. Blend on low speed until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • Place the other half of the spinach in the serving dish for the pasta. Put it in the oven for about five minutes to keep it warm.
  • Drain the pasta and place it on top of the spinach in the dish, mix. Gradually pour the sauce from the blender until the pasta and spinach are coated.
  • Usually, the sauce is enough, but you can season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle the grated cheese and serve.
