Clean the mushrooms, slice them.
Wash and disinfect the vegetables, cut them into strips.
In a large skillet (preferably non-stick), add the 4 tablespoons of avocado oil, wait for it to heat for a couple of minutes, add the bell peppers, and the red onion, stirring constantly for 3 minutes or until the onion starts to become transparent, then add the carrot, wait approximately 2 minutes without stopping to stir, add the zucchini, the 2 tablespoons of precooked corn, continue stirring for another 2 minutes. Next, add the mushrooms and the 2 tablespoons of seasoning juice, mix very well to incorporate all the ingredients, wait a few minutes until the mushrooms start to change color, cover the skillet and wait about 5 minutes. The color and aroma indicate that our colorful garnish is ready.
