  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

  • In a pot, bring the water to a boil, and when it boils, add the salt, wait for it to come back to temperature, and add the pasta, cooking until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • For the cilantro sauce, blend the onion with the garlic, cream cheese, goat cheese, evaporated milk, chicken broth, and cilantro.
  • In a pot, heat the butter and cook the sauce for 10 minutes once it starts to boil. Season with salt and pepper, add the pasta, and just mix well.
