  • 2 cups short pasta, like penne or fusilli
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups goat cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1 cup fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • enough salt and pepper
  • enough fresh coriander, to decorate
  • enough parmesan cheese, grated, to decorate
  • enough bread, To accompany


In a pot the water boils and when it boils, add the salt, wait for it to recover its boiling temperature and then add the pasta, cook until it is al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve.
For the coriander sauce, blend the onion with the garlic, cream cheese, goat cheese, evaporated milk, chicken broth and cilantro.
In a pot, heat the butter and cook the sauce for 10 minutes after it boils. Season with salt and pepper, add the pasta and just mix well.
Serve, garnish with cilantro, Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
