In a deep bowl, place the basil in julienne, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, halved black olives, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, let it marinate so everything mixes, you will be surprised by the smell of this! (see photo 2)
Bring salted water to a boil to cook the pasta according to package instructions and leave it firm. Drain the pasta and wait a few minutes for it to cool and drain well.
Pour the pasta into the mixture and stir gently, let the flavors meld, check the salt and pepper (but don't eat it yet, just check!)
In a separate pan, fry the bacon slices until they become crunchy and golden, remove them and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Serve portions of approximately 300 g of the pasta mixture with the mozzarella pearls, tomatoes, olives, and basil on a nice plate and top them with 3 pieces of crispy bacon.
