Ingredients: 1 package La Moderna® pasta, penne; 260 grams Mozzarella cheese, in pearls; 100 grams basil, in julienne; 100 grams cherry tomato; 200 grams black olives; 1/4 cups olive oil; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; salt, and pepper; 12 slices bacon

In a deep bowl, place the basil in julienne, halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, halved black olives, finely chopped garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, let it marinate so everything mixes, you will be surprised by the smell of this! (see photo 2) Bring salted water to a boil to cook the pasta according to package instructions and leave it firm. Drain the pasta and wait a few minutes for it to cool and drain well.
