Penne with Peppers and Tuna

  • 500 grams penne rigate pasta, By Luigi from La Moderna
  • 2 cans tuna in oil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 liters whipping cream, light

  • Sauté the onion and peppers in oil until soft.
  • Add the cream previously mixed with mustard and pepper.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, add the drained tuna, and turn off after 3 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
  • Adjust the sauce with salt and mix hot with the pasta.
