500 grams penne rigate pasta, By Luigi from La Moderna
2 cans tuna in oil
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onions, chopped
1/2 liters whipping cream, light
2 tablespoons mustard
salt
black pepper
Preparation

Sauté the onion and peppers in oil until soft.
Add the cream previously mixed with mustard and pepper.
Simmer for 5 minutes, add the drained tuna, and turn off after 3 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
Adjust the sauce with salt and mix hot with the pasta.
