Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams penne rigate, De Luigi from La Moderna
  • 2 cans tuna in oil
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 liters milk cream, slight
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Fry the onion and peppers in the oil until soft.
Add the cream previously mixed with mustard and pepper.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, add the drained tuna and turn off after 3 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain.
Rectify the sauce with the salt and mix hot with the pasta.
