Delicious recipe for penne with wild mushrooms FAGE Total. It is a low-fat pasta recipe for the whole family. A mix of wild mushrooms with penne pasta and a dash of vinegar and nutmeg, besides being creamy and delicious.
2.3 pounds oyster mushrooms, fresh, clean, and sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1.1 pounds penne rigate pasta
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder
salt, and pepper
12 ounces FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
2 tablespoons basil, fresh and chopped parsley

Heat the oil in a large skillet and sauté the chopped shallots and crushed garlic for 2-3 minutes without browning. Add the mushrooms and vinegar and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the penne rigate according to the package instructions and drain well. Toss the pasta with the mushrooms and heat again.
Season to taste. Add the FAGE® Total 0% Greek Yogurt and stir well. You can sprinkle some parmesan cheese before serving.
Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs to taste.
