500 grams penne pasta, Rigate De Luigi High Protein
250 grams serrano ham, cut into strips
300 grams asparagus, tips
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 onions, finely chopped
3 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon chicken consommé
1 envelope saffron
Parmesan cheese

In a skillet, fry the onion and asparagus in olive oil.
In another skillet, sauté the Serrano ham.
Mix the broth with a little water, dissolve the saffron, add it to the asparagus, then add the cream, salt, and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
Mix while hot with the asparagus, serve, and garnish with the ham and Parmesan cheese.
