  • 250 grams serrano ham, cut into strips
  • 300 grams asparagus, tips
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1 envelope saffron
  • Parmesan cheese
