  • 2 cups fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • salt
  • 1 package Apetina® Feta Cheese, 200 g
  • 1/4 cups yellow corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Poblano chile strips, roasted, without seeds
  • 1/4 cups butter, in small cubes
  • salt

  • Place the pasta in a baking dish, pour in the water, and add salt. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Add Apetina® Feta cheese, corn kernels, onion, roasted poblano chili strips, butter, and season again. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve the fusilli with feta cheese and strips, accompanied by salad.
