In a pot, bring the water to a boil and when it reaches a boil, add the salt, wait for it to return to temperature, then add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes. Drain, cool, and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, roast the poblano peppers for 15 minutes until charred; remove from the skillet and place them in a plastic bag, set aside for 10 minutes until they sweat, then peel and clean the peppers with the help of a knife.
