Potato Gnocchi with a Touch of Green

Potato gnocchi with green sauce: combine 1/2kg of all-purpose flour with 1kg of potato puree. SIMPLE SAUCE: chop parsley and basil with oil and use radicchio as a base for decoration. VERY DELICIOUS AND ECONOMICAL!!!

Boil the potatoes and turn them into puree, mix with flour and a pinch of salt. Then boil for 5 minutes.
Chop the garlic, parsley, and basil and mix them with a splash of oil.
