Ravioli in Parsley Sauce

These ravioli in parsley sauce are perfect for any day of the week, as with just 5 ingredients you will make a creamy, smooth sauce with an intense parsley flavor. Pair it with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

  • 1 package ravioli
  • 3/4 cups Hellmann's® mayonnaise dressing with olive oil
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, in large pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper

  • Boil the ravioli in enough boiling water until they are ready. Set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend Hellmann's® with Olive Oil, parsley, walnuts, garlic, pepper, and a little water until achieving a smooth sauce.
  • Pour the above into a pot and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  • Add the previously cooked ravioli and serve.
