These ravioli in parsley sauce are ideal for any day of the week, since with only 5 ingredients you will make a creamy, smooth sauce with an intense parsley flavor. Accompany it with grated Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package ravioli
  • 3/4 cups Hellmann's® Mayonnaise Olive Oil
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/4 cups walnut, in large pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, little
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Boil the ravioli in enough boiling water until they are ready. Reserve.
For the sauce, liquefy Hellmann's® with Olive Oil, parsley, walnuts, garlic, pepper and a little water until a smooth sauce is obtained.
Pour the above into a pot and cook over low heat stirring constantly until it boils.
Add the previously cooked revolves and serve.

TIPS

Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
