This pasta is delicious to accompany all Christmas dishes. It is a bit sweet but full of Christmas flavor; you can make the sauce and use any type of pasta you prefer, such as spaghetti, fusilli, ravioli, etc.
Melt the butter in a pot, then add the sauces to taste (Maggi, Worcestershire, and Bovril).
Add the tomato puree, the 3 carrots, sugar to taste, salt, oregano, and basil.
Taste the sauce and add more sauces if desired. Let it simmer until the carrots are cooked. Transfer the carrots to the blender and blend them with a bit of sauce. Add the mixture to the sauce, along with the cream, and mix thoroughly.
Put salted water in a pot and let it boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and let it cook for 8 minutes until al dente.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Serve very hot with a bit of fresh parmesan cheese.
