This Pasta is delicious to accompany all the Christmas dishes. It's a bit sweet but with all the flavor of Christmas, you can make the sauce and use the type of pasta you prefer, spaghetti, fusilli, ravioli, etc.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 115 grams of Butter
  • 80 milliliters of cream
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 liter of tomato puree
  • maggi sauces
  • English sauces
  • beef bovrils
  • oregano
  • dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 kilo of fusilli pasta

    Preparation

    Melt the butter in a pot, then the sauces to taste (maggi, English and bovril)
    Add the tomato puree, the 3 carrots, sugar to taste, salt. oregano and basil.
    Try the sauce and add more sauces if you like. Let boil or until the carrots are cooked. Pass the carrots to the blender and liquefy them with a little sauce. Add the mixture to the sauce, cream and mix thoroughly.
    Put salt water in a pot and let it boil. Since it is boiling add the pasta and let it cook for 8 minutes, so that it is al dente.
    Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Serve very hot with a little fresh Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    You must be trying all the time to not go over salty or sweet. Add the sauces according to your taste.
