  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 4 tomatoes, skinless
  • 1 cup spaghetti
  • 3 liters water, for cooking the pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup vegetable broth, for the sauce

  • Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt for the time indicated in the cooking instructions. Set aside.
  • Place the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, skinless tomatoes, cream, chipotle chili, and vegetable broth in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Melt the butter in a hot skillet and add the creamy chipotle sauce, cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for 3 more minutes, until combined.
  • Serve on one side of the baking dish with the help of tongs and decorate with peperoncino.
