1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce
4 tomatoes, skinless
1 cup spaghetti
3 liters water, for cooking the pasta
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup sour cream, for the sauce
1/4 onions, for the sauce
1 clove garlic
1 cup vegetable broth, for the sauce

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt for the time indicated in the cooking instructions. Set aside.
Place the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, skinless tomatoes, cream, chipotle chili, and vegetable broth in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Melt the butter in a hot skillet and add the creamy chipotle sauce, cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for 3 more minutes, until combined.
Serve on one side of the baking dish with the help of tongs and decorate with peperoncino.
