Surprise the little ones with this variant of traditional spaghetti. It's also an excellent option for singles.

200 grams spaghetti
4 sausages
1/2 kilos red beefsteak tomato, ripe
1 white onion
1 clove garlic
pinches dried oregano
pinches fines herbs
100 grams Cotija cheese

Low
Boil the round tomatoes in a pot with boiling water.
Once cooked, add them to the blender along with the quartered white onion and the clove of garlic.
Strain the mixture into a pot over heat, let it boil until the tomato changes to a darker color. Season with fine herbs and oregano.
Cut the sausages into 4 equal pieces.
Insert 6 sticks of spaghetti into each piece of sausage, the sausage should be in the center. Be careful not to break the spaghetti.
Cook according to the package instructions, approximately 10 minutes.
Place in a deep plate, pour a little of the sauce on top, and sprinkle with Cotija cheese.
